Terri Williams is Assurance Title's Closing Manager. Terri is originally from the central east coast of Florida but moved to South Mississippi in 1995. Terri has been in the real estate business for over 30 years with a background in commercial real estate development and then as a residential mortgage lender. She has been with us on the title side since 2020.  She prides herself on customer service both before, during and after the transaction. Known for meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to clearing complex title issues, she is the Calm in the closing storm.  With a reputation for keeping all parties informed, Terri is committed to making the final step of the home buying process a celebratory success. ​

Terri is married to the love of her life and they have 6 wonderful children. With her first grandbaby on the way.   In her spare time, she enjoys working on the farm, hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Beach and Mountain trips are her favorite vacation spots.
